Family Trip to Paris

This looks to be like sometime around the late 1960s/early 1970s. Some great photos of the family relaxing in Paris cafes as well as dining with friends or relatives in their house.

Dining on croissants and espresso at the cafe

There are a few photos of the Arc of Triumph, the Eiffel Tower in the rain, as well as Notre Dame Cathedral and some museums before the family jumped on a train to the north of France for some time on the beaches.

There’s an ominous photo of the plane that they flew on, in the photo it was called Clipper Morning Light but that name was change sometime around 1976 to Clipper Maid of the Seas. This exact plane was Flight 103 that went down over Lockerbie Scotland from a terrorist’s bomb that was planted in a piece of luggage.

Clipper Morning Light, this plane was eventually renamed Clipper Maid of the Seas which was PanAm Flight 103 that went down over Lockerbie Scotland on December 21, 1988
